Our company, Tejinkar Farmer Producer Company Limited, is based right at house number 73 in Bramhagavantal. That’s in the Paithan area of Aurangabad. We are just a bunch of local farmers who decided to pool our resources together. Life in the village is mostly about the fields, so we thought having a company would make things a bit more organized for all of us. We don't have a corporate building, just a regular house where we handle the bits and pieces of the business. Farming in 431105 means dealing with the heat and waiting for the rains like everyone else around here. We work with what we have and try to help the members get a fair deal. It’s not always easy, and some days are longer than others. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just trying to make things work for the people in Bramhagavantal. Most of us have been farming since we were kids. This company is just the next step for our community. We talk about seeds, water, and where to sell the produce. It’s practical stuff. You won't find any fancy suits here. Just people with dirt on their hands and a lot of work to do before the sun goes down. We're part of the neighborhood, and that's how we like it.
