Sujarun Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Arun Shivdas Kadam's place at 1566 Walki Nagar. Ahmednagar is a busy spot, but our neighborhood stays a bit more grounded. We aren't some big corporation with glass walls; it’s just a room where we handle the business side of things. Most days involve a lot of tea and talking about what’s happening in the fields. We started this because a few of us realized we could handle things better if we pooled our resources. It’s a lot of practical work, like sorting out who needs what supplies or finding a way to get the harvest moved. Walki Nagar is where we do the planning, though most of the real labor happens elsewhere. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, especially when we are all tired from being outside all day. We keep things pretty simple here. There’s no big sign or anything, just the address where people know they can find us. It’s honest work, even if it gets stressful when the seasons change. We just try to help each other out and keep the books straight so everyone gets their fair share. It’s just us farmers trying to make a living without too much fuss.
