Siddhiyog Agrotech Farmers Producer Company Limited is over in Pachod, which is in the Aurangabad district. Our main office is located at house number 173, care of Rameshor Tukaram Bankar. Pachod is a busy little place, and being at Rameshor’s house makes it easy for the local farming community to stop by. We do not have a big fancy office building with glass windows. It is just a regular house where we have set up some tables and chairs to handle the company’s business. Most of the time, we are busy talking to farmers about their soil or what seeds they are planning to plant. It is a very practical environment. You might find some farm tools sitting in the corner or stacks of registers on the desks. We do not use a lot of big words or complicated business talk. We just speak the local language and try to solve the problems that come up every day. Sometimes we sit outside in the shade when it gets too hot in the house. The atmosphere is very informal, and anyone from the village can just drop in for a chat or to ask for some advice. We are just a group of people from the area who decided to work together under this name. It is hard work, but it feels right being based right here in Pachod. We just keep things moving forward for the farmers in our group.
