Shrishivtejmalhar Ruler Farmers Producer Company Limited has a long name, but we are just a local group of farmers. We are based at the house of Dnyandev Bhagwan Bendre, which is house number 3 in Sarafgavan. Sarafgavan is a small place, and everyone knows Dnyandev around here. We started this company to help ourselves and our fellow farmers get a better deal for what we grow. Being a "Ruler" farmers producer company might sound fancy, but it’s really just about taking charge of our own work. We spend a lot of time in the fields and then meet up at house number 3 to sort out the business side of things. It's not a corporate office with air conditioning and fancy chairs. It’s just a room where we keep our ledgers and talk about the next season. We have to deal with the same problems every year, like the cost of seeds and the unpredictability of the monsoon. Shrishivtejmalhar is our way of sticking together. Dnyandev Bhagwan Bendre has been kind enough to let us use his place as the main address. We aren't here to give anyone a hard sell or a marketing speech. We just want to make sure that the people who do the hard work of farming get what they deserve. It’s tough work, but doing it together makes it a little easier. We’re just local people from Sarafgavan trying to do right by each other every day.
