Shrikrushiduth Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited is located in Parda. It is run by the people around here, mainly out of the space belonging to Gajanan Sriram Darade. Parda is a small place, and everyone knows each other. We are basically a group of local farmers who wanted to do things differently. Instead of working alone, we registered this company to handle our agro business. It is hard work, mostly. We deal with whatever the season throws at us. Sometimes it is cotton, sometimes it is grain, it just depends on the year and the rain. We do not have a big fancy building. It is more about the practical side of getting things from the ground to the market. The paperwork is a bit much sometimes, but we manage. We are not some big corporation from the city. We are just local guys who know the soil in Parda. We try to help the other farmers in our group get what they need, like better seeds or a fair price for their crops. It is not always easy, and we make mistakes sometimes with the scheduling. But we are here every day. If you come looking for us at Gajanan’s place, you will see how it is. Just people working hard to make a living from their farms and keeping things moving. We started this because we felt it was the right way for the village to grow.
