Shri Sai Gajanan Steel Industries

Shri Sai Gajanan Steel Industries is located out in the MIDC area of Sangamner, specifically at Plot No 50A. It is right behind that big Maruti showroom which is what we tell everyone when they are trying to find us. Being in the Sangamner Sahakari Audhyogik Vasahat means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and the Sangamner Sakar Karkhana is not too far away either. You can often smell the sugar factory when the wind blows the right way. Our workshop is a large space at S No. 47/3 where we handle a lot of heavy steel. It gets very loud when the hammers and machines are going all at once. The sunlight comes in through the high windows and hits the dust in the air. We have some heavy equipment that takes up most of the floor space. It is a practical place meant for hard work, not for showing off. The guys usually have grease on their clothes and we keep a big water cooler in the corner because it gets very thirsty in there. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish and the whole area is quiet except for our lights. We have been in this spot for a while and have seen the showroom and other shops come up around us. It is just a regular steel plant doing its thing.
