Our location is out in Lavhate Wasti, which is part of Chinchpur in the Sangamner Taluka. It’s in the Ahmednagar district, or A'Nagar as people around here usually call it. It’s not like being in a big city like Mumbai or Pune. Things are a bit slower here, and you’re surrounded by more open space and fields. We’ve got our setup here and we’ve been part of the local landscape for a long time. People around here know where we are. It’s a bit of a drive to get to the main town, so we mostly stick to our own area during the workday. The office is practical. We deal with steel, so it’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the supplies are moving correctly. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a working site, through and through. You might see some dust or hear the sound of machinery depending on the day. The staff mostly comes from the nearby villages and towns. We know each other well and it feels a bit like a community. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or marketing. We just focus on the steel and getting it where it needs to go. It’s honest work in a part of the country that relies on people just getting the job done. We like the quiet out here, away from the constant noise of the metro cities. It's just a regular part of life for everyone who works here.
