R S Ispat Ltd is located over at Hill Mist Harmony in the Anand Goyal area. When people hear the word Ispat, they often think of heavy metal and big smoking factories, but our daily reality is a bit more grounded than that. We spend our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of the steel and iron business. It's a lot of inventory management and keeping track of orders that come in from all over the region. The office isn't anything special, just a place where we keep our records and talk to our clients on the phone throughout the day. Sometimes the stacks of files on the desk seem as heavy as the metal we deal with. Being near Hill Mist Harmony, we have a decent enough view, but mostly we are looking at computer screens or order forms. We aren't trying to change the world or anything; we just want to make sure the supply chain stays moving for the people who need these materials. It can be a bit of a grind, especially when prices fluctuate or deliveries are delayed by bad weather. We handle it all with a bit of patience and a lot of tea. We’ve been around for some time, so we have a natural rhythm to how we work. It’s not a flashy lifestyle at all. We show up, we do the work, and we make sure the numbers add up at the end of every month. It's just honest work.
