Shreesainath Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at Survey Number 11 in Pimparkhed. We are in the Jamkhed area, and we operate out of the place belonging to Shri Ankush Vithal Dhawale. It’s a typical setup for a farmer producer company in this part of the country. We don't have a big staff. It's mostly just us and a few other members who come in when there is work to do. The office space is really just a room with some basic furniture. We have a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. Jamkhed can get really hot, so we usually try to get the heavy work done early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We deal with all kinds of local crops. The paperwork for the company is a bit of a burden, but we manage. We aren't experts at the business side, so we are learning as we go. Sometimes we have to go into the town to get help with the computer stuff. Pimparkhed is a small place, and everyone knows what we are doing. We get a lot of advice from the older farmers, some of it good and some of it not so much. We just listen and do our best. It’s a lot of responsibility to handle the money and the crops for so many people. We just try to stay honest and work hard every day. We hope the next harvest is a good one for everyone here.
