Shree Sai Venkateshwara Farmers Producercompany Limited operates out of shop number 1610/2 on Newasa Road in Shevgaon. We are right there where all the local traffic passes by, which makes it pretty easy for people to drop in when they have a question. We are a collective of farmers from this area who decided to work together under this name to see if we could do better. It is not a very big operation, just a shop that serves as our main headquarters for now. We spend our days dealing with the realities of rural life and the many challenges of the local market. Shevgaon is a busy place, especially on market days, and we try to keep up with everything that’s happening. Our focus is purely on the day-to-day work of the farm and the people who run them. We don’t go in for big marketing schemes or anything like that. We just want to make sure the farmers who are part of our group are getting by. You can find us at the shop most days of the week, either talking to members or sorting out some of the logistics for the next shipment. It is a practical way of living and working that makes sense to us. We know the roads and the fields around here like the back of our hands. The company is just a way for us to have a bit more stability in an uncertain business.
