So, this is Shree Harishchandra Producer Companylimited, located right here in Rajur. We operate out of House Number 1093/1. If you're from the Akole area or the rest of the Anagar district, you probably know where we are. We're just a group of local folks who work the land and decided to organize ourselves a bit better a while back. It’s mostly just people from the village coming together to help each other out. There's always plenty to do, from checking the soil health to making sure we have enough bags for the grain when it's time to sell. We don’t have a marketing team or any of that fancy stuff, just us. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with paperwork stacked up on the old desk, but we usually know where everything is. Farming is what we’ve always done around here. We grew up watching our parents and grandparents do it, and now it’s our turn to keep things moving. We try to stay practical about everything we do. If someone needs help with their tractor or advice on a certain pest they found, they just stop by and we talk it over. It’s a pretty simple setup really. We deal with whatever crops are in season. The weather can be a real headache sometimes, especially during the monsoon when the roads get muddy, but we manage somehow. We aren’t looking to get famous or anything like that. We just want to keep the farm life sustainable for the kids and the next generation. It involves a lot of early mornings and late nights under the lights. You get used to the dirt under your fingernails after a while. We just do our daily work and go home to our families. That's just the way it's been for a long time now.
