Shrambhumi Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Talwade, specifically at G.No 728/1. Malegaon is where most of our work happens, and honestly, it’s just about getting the job done. The name means something to us because labor is basically what we do every day in the fields. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity with shiny desks. It’s mostly just a bunch of neighbors in the Malegaon area trying to make sure the farming side of life stays sustainable. Most days, you’ll find someone at the site handling the grain or talking about the next harvest. It’s a bit dusty and the road out here isn't the smoothest, but it works for what we need. We started this because we needed a way to organize ourselves better. Instead of everyone doing their own thing and struggling, we pool what we have. It’s simpler that way, though the paperwork can be a headache sometimes. We focus on what grows here. The land in Talwade has its own way of doing things, and we just follow along. If you happen to be passing by G.No 728/1, you’ll see we are just regular folks. There is no big sign or flashing lights. We just grow what we can and try to keep the business side of the farm moving forward without too many complications. It is a steady life, and we are just trying to keep the farms running for another year.
