Shetsamruddhi Farmer Producer Companylimited is located in Pasaydan Colony, over in the Wamanbhaunagar area of Pathardi. We are at House Number 10. It’s a nice enough colony, pretty quiet most of the time compared to the main market. We set up shop here because it was convenient for most of us to get to. Our office is just a converted part of the house, so it feels very personal. We aren't some distant company with a call center. When you call us, you’re usually talking to someone who was just out in the field an hour ago. We deal with all sorts of agricultural stuff, mostly helping the farmers in the Ahmednagar area get their things organized. There are always people dropping by for a chat or to ask for help with some paperwork. We don't have any corporate training or anything like that. We just learned by doing things the hard way. Sometimes we make mistakes with the filing, or the internet goes out and we can’t send emails, but we always figure it out. It’s a very hands-on kind of life. We like being in Pathardi because it’s close to the action but away from the real noise of the big cities. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. No frills, no fancy talk, just a bunch of us in a colony house trying to make things work better for the local farmers.
