Sai Savata Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are located in Pimpri Lokai, which is part of the Rahata taluka. The post office is at Pimpri Nirmal. It’s a real rural spot, which is exactly where a farmer producer company ought to be. We spent our whole lives around these fields, so starting Sai Savata felt like a natural thing to do. We don't have a big office with air conditioning. We mostly meet outside or in a small room where we can keep the records. It is all about the people who grow the food. We talk about water, seeds, and who is harvesting what this week. There is no corporate ladder here. Everyone just does what they can to help out. Some days we are out in the sun all day and other days we are just sitting and drinking water, trying to stay cool. The village life is quiet but there is always work to be done. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make things a bit smoother for the farmers in Pimpri Lokai. We know everyone’s family and everyone knows ours. If you come looking for us, just ask anyone in the taluka and they can point you toward the right direction. We don't use fancy brochures or have a website that looks like a bank. We just have our names and our word. That’s enough for us and it seems to be enough for our neighbors too.
