Safiyabadwadi Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our company is located at Gut No. 97 in Shivoor, over in the Vaijapur area. We are based at Laxman Murlidhar Shelke's place. It’s a rural spot, which is perfect for an agro-focused company like ours. We are a farmer producer group, so our main job is looking after the interests of the local farmers who joined us. We handle the bulk buying of things we all need and help with the selling when the crops are ready. Being in Tq Vaijapur, we see a lot of different types of farming depending on who you talk to. Our office isn't anything special, just a room with some desks and plenty of files. We spend a lot of time out in Shivoor visiting the different plots. It’s a lot of work to keep everyone on the same page, but we try. We don't use any slick marketing or big promises. We just tell it like it is. If the crop is bad, we figure out how to deal with it. If it’s good, we work hard to get it moved quickly. It’s a hands-on business. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet while everyone is out in the sun. We are just local people trying to make the agro business work a bit better for our neighbors and ourselves. It’s a practical way to live and work, and we just take things one day at a time here in Shivoor.
