Rushee Seeds Private Limited is located over at Gut No. 410 in Bhanashivra. That’s in the Newasa area of Ahmednagar. We’ve been working with seeds for a bit now. Seeds are the start of everything in farming, so we take that pretty seriously. Our setup is simple. We don’t have a massive corporate staff or anything like that. It’s just us working out of Ahmednagar, trying to provide what the local growers need. People in Newasa know how the land is, and we try to match that. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on quality. Sometimes the weather in Maharashtra makes things tricky, but we’ve learned to deal with it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the seeds we handle are decent and that the farmers around here have what they need for the planting season. Working in Bhanashivra means we are right in the middle of the action. You see the crops growing all around the office. It keeps us grounded. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and seeing how their fields are doing. The paperwork side of being a private limited company is a bit of a chore, but it’s necessary to keep things official. We’re just local folks who know a thing or two about planting and want to keep doing it year after year.
