Runicha Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are Runicha Farmers Producer Company Limited, based at Gut No. 198 in Parkhed. That is near Khamgaon in the Buldana district. Our office is basically a small building right in the middle of the farming area. The 444312 pincode covers a lot of ground, but everyone knows where Gut 198 is. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of moving crops from the fields to the buyers. It is not the kind of work where you wear a tie or have a clean desk. Most of the time, our boots are muddy and the desk is covered in receipts and scraps of paper. We have a couple of computers that are a few years old, but they work well enough for what we need. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed, though it gets tense when the market prices start moving around too much. We don't have a marketing department to write pretty things about us. We are just a bunch of guys from Parkhed who decided to organize ourselves better. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it is so quiet you can hear the birds outside. We just take it as it comes. It is a very practical life, focused on the soil and the seasons. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing the work that needs to be done here in Buldana.
