It is not always organized perfectly. Sometimes the ledgers are a mess and we have to spend all night fixing them. We talk a lot about the water levels and the wind. Pathardi can be a tough place to farm if you do not know what you are doing. We share what we know and try to make things better for everyone in the group. It is just basic work, day in and day out.
