You can find us at Prashantkumar Deoman Kambale’s place in Shahapur. This is Pravandan Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are located in the Mangarulpir area of Washim. It is a quiet town, mostly farmers and small shops. We started this because we wanted to have a say in how our crops are sold. Most of us have been doing this since we were kids, following our fathers into the fields. It is a lot of work to keep a farm going these days. Costs go up and sometimes the rain does not show up when it is supposed to. We got together to share the burden a little bit. It is better than being on your own. We handle the daily stuff that comes with running a producer company. It is not always pretty. There is a lot of dust and some long afternoons. But we like it here in Washim. We do not try to be something we are not. We are just local people who know about crops and cattle. If you walk through Shahapur, you will see people who work hard. We are just part of that group. We do not have any big promises to make. We just show up every day and try to get the best for the people who are part of our company. That is what matters at the end of the day. It is just about keeping the local community going.
