Pinkfarm Agro Producer Company Limited

Pinkfarm Agro is based out in Malharwadi, which is a bit of a trek if you are not used to the Rahuri area. We are located at Gut No. 19/3. It is a rural spot, so you are surrounded by a lot of open land and the sound of birds. The office is really just a functional space where we keep the records for the producer company. It is often dusty because of the tractors passing by on the dirt tracks nearby. We spend a lot of time outside or talking to the farmers who are part of the group. The weather dictates everything for us. If it is raining, we are mostly stuck inside checking the ledger or making calls. If it is sunny, everyone is out working. There is no air conditioning here, just a ceiling fan that hums along. We have a small cupboard for our files and a couple of wooden benches for visitors to sit on. It is a very basic lifestyle. We do not have fancy business cards or a big lobby. People know where 19/3 is, so they just show up when they have something to discuss. Usually, someone brings over some snacks or tea and we sit around and figure out the logistics for the next harvest. It is honest work and it is tied directly to the land. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the accounts stay in order throughout the season.
