Pasaydan Agro Farm Llp is run from Karalewadi, which is right near the Rahuri Factory area. We are located at Balasaheb Narayan Musmade’s place, and that is the heart of everything we do. Rahuri is a big area for farming, so it made sense for us to set up here where all the action is. We are just a small group of people who wanted to do something together on the land. It isn't a massive corporate farm with thousands of acres; it is more of a personal project that grew into a business. We grow different things depending on the time of year and what the soil is looking like. Balasaheb has been around here forever, so he knows the land better than anyone. We usually spend our days out in the dirt or talking to the other farmers in Karalewadi about what seeds are working best this year. The office side of things is just a desk with a lot of papers on it, nothing too fancy. We don't use big words to describe our work because we think the results should speak for themselves. It is tough work when the sun is beating down on you, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing things grow from nothing. We just keep our heads down and try to do right by the land we have, year after year. It keeps us moving.
