We are over at 276 Bhadane. It’s where we handle everything for our farmer group. We’ve been working together for a while now to try and make the farming life a bit more stable. It’s not a big corporate setup. We just have a small space where we meet and store some of our supplies. Most of us are out in the fields from sunrise to sunset. We deal with whatever the season throws at us. Sometimes it’s too much rain, sometimes not enough. We help each other out with harvesting and getting the goods to the market. We don't have a marketing department or any glossy brochures at Panjrakan Farmers Producer Company Limited. Our work speaks for itself in the grain and vegetables we grow. It’s a practical arrangement. We share the costs of big things like trucks or new equipment that none of us could afford alone. It’s a community effort. We all live around here and have for generations. We just thought it was time to organize a bit better. We talk about the crops, the weather, and the prices. It’s basic stuff, but it’s our life. We’re just trying to keep the farms productive and the local economy moving a little bit. It’s hard work, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just take it one day at a time. It’s simple, honest, and it keeps us all going year after year.
