You can find us at House Number 234 in Patharwala, which is in the Newasa Taluka of Ahmednagar. We are pretty much just a group of farmers who live right around here. We called the business Newasataluka Farmers Producer Company Limited because that is exactly who we are—people from this specific area. Life here is pretty much centered on the fields. Whether it is sugarcane or other crops, everyone is busy from sunrise to sunset. Our little office in Patharwala isn't anything special to look at. It's just a room where we keep our records and meet up to discuss what the market is doing. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals posted on the walls. We just want to get a decent price for the hard work we put in. Sometimes we have to deal with a lot of red tape, and none of us really likes that part of the job, but it’s necessary to keep things official. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one for the people in our village and the surrounding spots in Newasa.
