Ndm Agrotech Farmer Producer Company is located in Latur, specifically at House Number 60 in Ansarwada. We work out of Vamn Sakharam Bharmande’s place in Nilanga Taluka. It is a small setup, mostly just a few of us trying to coordinate things for the local farmers. The area is known for its agriculture, so we stay pretty busy throughout the year. We don't have a polished way of speaking or a big marketing budget. We just talk to the people we know. Sometimes we have to drive quite a distance to meet with a member on their land. The office is usually cluttered with notebooks and seed samples. We try to stay organized but farming is unpredictable. Last year the rain was late and it changed all our plans. That’s just part of the life here. We don't have a HR department or anything like that. If there is a problem, we just sit down and talk it out until it’s sorted. We are just a group of people from the Nilanga area who wanted to form a company to make things a bit easier for everyone involved in the harvest. It is hard work and the hours are long during the planting season. We just do what needs to be done. There is no magic to it, just keeping the books straight and talking to the neighbors in the district.
