Nathkrupa Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Gut No. 354, which is in the village of Bhojade. This is part of the Kopargaon taluka, so it is a very agricultural setting as you might expect. Most of us here are farmers ourselves, or at least come from families that have been working the soil for generations. Being at Post-Bhojade means we are right where the action is when it comes to farming. We do not have a fancy office in the city. Instead, we work from this spot in the middle of the fields. It makes sense because that is where our members are. Things can get pretty dusty during the dry season, and the monsoon brings its own set of challenges, but we are used to it by now. We started this producer company to help each other out and manage our crops a bit better. There is no corporate ladder here, just people talking across a table or out in the sun. If you come by Gut No. 354, you will probably see us busy with something related to the current season. We do not spend much time on marketing or trying to sound important. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the farmers in Bhojade have a central place to connect. It is a simple way of living and working, and it suits us just fine here in Kopargaon. We just do our bit every day and hope for a decent harvest.
