We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just want the crops to grow well and for people to earn a decent living. It’s practical and down-to-earth. Some days are long, especially when the planting season starts, but we just keep going. It’s about being a good neighbor and a good business partner to the folks in our community. We handle whatever comes our way with a bit of patience and a lot of hard work.
