Mosamparisar Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Bhadane, which is near Tandulwadi in the Satana area of Nashik. We set it up at Sagar Abhiman Bhamare’s location. This isn't a corporate office with people in suits. We are farmers from the district who decided it was time to pool our resources. Working in Nashik, we know the land well, but the business side of things can be tricky for one person to handle. That is why we have the company. It helps us stay organized and handle the selling and buying together. It's a practical way to run things. We meet at the house in Bhadane to talk about whatever is pressing that week. Usually, it's about the weather or the cost of things we need for the fields. We don't use big words or have a list of goals painted on the wall. We just want to make sure our families are okay and the farm stays productive. It is a lot of trial and error, honestly. We make mistakes, we learn, and we keep going. Being in Satana, we are part of the community here. Mosamparisar is just a tool we use to help us manage our lives a bit better. It’s hard work, but being together makes it feel a little less heavy. We stay focused on the dirt and the crops.
