Mnagro Crop Science Private Limited

We are out at Gat No 586/587 in Vadgaon Savatal, which is in the Parner Taluka of Ahmednagar. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where the actual work happens. We have a bit of a science focus with our crop work at Mnagro, but we are not scientists in lab coats. We are people who have spent our lives looking at how things grow in this specific Ahmednagar dirt. The office is right where the action is, near the posts and the fields. Parner can be quite windy and dry, so we have to be practical about what we do. We do not spend money on fancy furniture or big signs. Most of our time is spent looking at the plants or talking to the guys who work the land every day. We wanted to bring some better ideas to the way we do things here, but we keep it simple. It is about trial and error, seeing what works and what does not work for the crops. We do not have a big corporate structure. If something needs to be done, one of us just goes and does it. It is a small team and we all know each other well. Sometimes things go wrong, a crop does not do what we expected, but that is just farming. We stay honest about it and just try again next time.
