We started this because we saw that farmers in our village needed a better way to organize. Instead of everyone doing their own thing and hoping for the best, we thought it was better to have a central spot here in Ghonsarwadi. We spend our days looking at the crops and worrying about the market prices like every other farmer in Maharashtra. Washim is a good place for farming but it takes a lot of effort to make it work. We are not a big company with a lot of employees, just local folks who know each other. When you come to the address, you are basically coming to a family home where we do our business. It is simple and it works for us. We do not spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about what we are doing. We just focus on the practical side of things, like getting the right supplies and making sure the harvest is handled correctly. Every season brings a new set of problems to solve, but that is just part of the job. We like being part of the community here and helping out where we can.
