Our group, Manjara Agriculture Farmer Producercompany Limited, is located at House No 101 in Khuntegaon. It is actually part of Dhondiram Dasu Kolhe’s place, which serves as our main spot for all the paperwork and meetings we have to do. We are in the Ausa Taluka within Latur district, 413512. It’s a quiet area, mostly just farms and houses nearby. If you come looking for us, you’ll just see a regular house because that’s where we started. We handle agricultural things for the farmers around here. Latur can get quite hot in the summer, but we stay busy inside House 101. It’s not a polished business office with glass walls. It’s a room with some chairs and a lot of registers. We spend our time talking to the local growers about what they are planting and how the Manjara Agriculture group can help them get things sorted. Being in Khuntegaon keeps us close to the soil. We don’t really use big words or have complicated systems. We just write things down and make sure everyone gets their fair share. Dhondiram’s place is easy to find if you know the village. We’ve been here for a bit now, just doing the daily tasks that come with running a farmer producer company. It is just a bunch of us working together, trying to keep the agriculture side of things moving forward without any unnecessary fuss or drama.
