We are in the business of processing natural products that come from the local farms around the Ahmednagar area. It is a bit different from just growing things because we have to deal with machines and packaging. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get the work done. We started this because we saw a lot of good produce going to waste or being sold for too little. By processing it ourselves, we keep more of the value here. It's a lot of learning as we go. None of us were experts when we started, so we’ve had our share of mistakes with the equipment. The street can get a bit crowded, but it is a good location for getting our supplies. We don’t use any fancy talk or try to sound like a big city firm. We are just local people trying to make a go of it. Sometimes the power goes out or a part breaks, and we just have to deal with it. It’s hard work and the days are long, but seeing the finished product makes it worth the trouble. We just try to keep things moving and stay honest with our neighbors.
