Our small business is located out in Deoli Mura. We are based at the home of Shri Jadhav Kisan Baburao in the Satara district. Being in the Mahabaleshwar taluka means we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and farms, which is exactly where we need to be. We deal with fresh agro products, so staying close to the source is important. It is a quiet place and we don't have a lot of traffic coming through. We are just a few people who handle the collection and sorting of the produce. We don't have any big machinery or automated systems. Most of the work is done by hand. We check the fruits and vegetables to make sure they are okay to send out. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially when it rains, so getting the trucks in and out is always a bit of a challenge. We don't have a fancy office or a big sign out front. People in the area know where we are. It is a very basic operation, but it works for us. We focus on getting the fresh stuff to where it needs to go without too much fuss. We are just honest people doing a practical job. It is not about being big; it is just about doing the work right. We take things one day at a time here and hope for good weather for the crops.
