Shiv Aishwarya Agro Producer Company Limited

We started this thing in Bangaon, over here in the Ambad area of Jalna. It’s mostly just us folks from around the village trying to figure out how to make the farming life a bit more steady for everyone involved. My house, Number 12, is where we keep the books and meet up when the sun goes down or if the rain stops us from working the fields. It’s dusty out here, and sometimes the crops don’t do what you want them to, but that is just how it goes when you’re dealing with the ground. We have been focusing on what grows well in this Jalna dirt. It isn’t fancy work. Mostly, it is about getting the produce sorted and seeing who needs what in the market. Some days we just sit around and talk about the price of seeds or why the tractor is acting up again. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just trying to make sure our families have what they need and the land stays decent for the next lot of kids. There are plenty of us working together now. It feels better than trying to do everything alone. We don’t have a big office with air conditioning, just a regular place where we can talk shop. If you’re passing through Bangaon, you’ll likely see us out there. It’s hard work, and my back hurts most evenings, but the community here is good.
