Swami Samarth Agritech Producer Company Limited is based in Dhait Nagar. That is in the Ambad area of the Jalna district. Our address is C/O Sainath Baburao Kale, house number 18-113-1. We are a group of local people who are involved in farming and agriculture. We wanted to start this company to see if we could do things more efficiently. Jalna is known for its agriculture, but it can be a hard place to farm. We meet at Sainath’s house to talk about our plans and what seeds to buy. It is not a big shiny office. It is just a room with some chairs and a table. Most of us spend our days in the fields around Ambad. We do not have a marketing department or any corporate polish. We just talk to our neighbors and other farmers. Being a producer company allows us to work as a team. We share the costs and the work. Sometimes it is a bit confusing with all the registrations and forms, but we manage. We do not use big slogans or make huge promises. We just try to get the work done every day. Dhait Nagar is a regular place, and we are regular people. We are not trying to be a big city business. We just want to make a living from the land we have. It is a lot of effort, but we are used to it.
