Dhansanchay Agro Producer Companylimited is based at House Number 249 in Rahati. It’s a small place, but we keep very busy with all the agricultural work. Most of us here have been working in the fields since we were quite young. We decided to form this company so we could pool our resources together. Rahati is where we live and where we do most of our business. It’s a very straightforward life. We wake up early, check on the land, and then see what needs to be done for the company. We don't have a lot of money to spend on fancy things, so our office is just a simple room in the house. We spend a lot of time talking to other farmers in the area about their yields and what they are planting. It’s a lot of community work, really. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to get supplies, but we always come back here. The address at H.No. 249 is where you’ll find us most days if we aren't out in the fields. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation. We just want to make sure our families and our neighbors are doing okay with their farming. It’s a tough business and the weather doesn't always help, but we keep going because it’s what we know how to do. There isn't much more to it than that. We just take things as they come and do our best. Every season has its own problems to solve.
