Madhavlaxmi Producer Company Limited is run out of Plot No 100, which is right near the G.P office in Jarandi. Vinod M. Patil is the one look after things there. We are in the Soygaon taluka, and most of us involved are local farmers. It isn't a huge operation with a lot of staff. Mostly, it is just a place where we can coordinate what we are doing with our crops. Being near the Gram Panchayat office makes it easy for people to find us when they need to talk. We focus on the practical side of agriculture because that is what we know. We aren't into big talk or corporate stuff. We just want to make sure the farmers around Jarandi have a way to work together. The soil here is what we depend on, and we spend a lot of our time thinking about the next season. It’s a simple setup. We deal with the everyday problems that come up with farming, like pests or water. We started this because we realized that doing things as a group is better than doing them alone. It’s just us, working on our land and trying to make a living. No fancy slogans, just the daily grind of keeping the farm work moving along. We have been here in Jarandi for a long time and this company is just the next step for us to stay connected and productive.
