Krushivijay Agro Producer Company Limited is run out of House No. 90 in Bargewadi. We are located in the Karjat taluka of Ahmednagar district. This is a small community, and most of us have been farming these lands for generations. We decided to put this company together to help manage our collective harvests. The office is just a part of the house where we keep the computer and all the files. It isn't anything spectacular, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time discussing things like water rights and which seeds are working best in the Ahmednagar soil. Bargewadi is a quiet spot, which is good for focusing on the work. We aren't big on marketing or trying to look like something we aren't. We are just a bunch of farmers trying to make the business side of things a little less complicated. It doesn't always go smoothly, of course. There are days when the power is out or the internet doesn't work, and we just have to wait it out. We handle the daily chores, the seasonal planning, and the messy reality of agricultural life. People from the village stop by all the time to ask for advice or just to see what’s going on with the company. It’s a very local, hands-on operation, and we like keeping it that way for the folks in Karjat.
