Krushimanthan Farmers Producer Company Limited is found at Gut Number 214 in Patoda. We aren't hard to find if you know where the gut numbers are laid out. It’s basically just a spot where a bunch of us from Patoda get together to manage our farming. Our families have been working the soil here for as long as anyone can remember. We don't have a big office building or any fancy signs out front. Usually, we are just standing around at G.No 214 talking about the latest prices or the lack of rain. We thought that by forming Krushimanthan, we could help each other out. It’s not always easy running a company when you’d rather be on a tractor. There is a lot of writing and filing to do. We aren't experts at that, but we try our best. No one here is a big businessman from the city. We are just local people who know how to grow crops. We don't spend any money on advertising or being polished. Everyone in Patoda knows who we are and where we work. If you want to talk to us, you just come to the field or the office. We’ll probably be wearing our old clothes and drinking tea. We just want to get through the year with enough to take care of our homes. It’s just the basic life of a farmer in Patoda.
