We are a group of farmers working together here in Sillod. The name of our company is Krishidevata Bhagwan Balram Farmer Producer Company Limited. Most of our work happens out of Pangritq, at Sarlabai Pandit’s place. It’s a simple setup. We started this because things were getting hard for individual farmers to manage on their own. Now we handle everything as a collective. Usually, you’ll find some of us sitting around discussing the crops or the weather. It isn’t a fancy office with big glass windows. It is just a spot where local people get things done. Being in Sillod, we know the soil and the needs of the area quite well. We deal with agricultural supplies and help the members get what they need for their fields. Life in the village is mostly about the land, so this company is a way for us to stay connected. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the farmers, trying to make things work out. If you walk past Sarlabai Pandit’s home, that is where we are. We keep things straightforward. No complicated talk, just farming and business. The weather is always a topic here. Some days are busier than others, especially during sowing or harvest. We mostly focus on what the local community needs. It's been a journey setting this up, but it feels right to have something of our own. That's pretty much what we do day in and day out. We just want to keep the crops growing and the business side moving along for everyone involved.
