We started things here at Kotul Shetakari Krushi Producer Companylimited because the farmers in our area needed a way to handle things together. It's mostly just us locals working out of the office in Kotul, near Uttam Gunjal’s place. Akole is a quiet spot, and things move at their own pace around here. We spend a lot of time talking to the guys in the fields and trying to figure out what needs doing next. It’s not a big fancy operation. We mostly just deal with the crops and the stuff people need to grow them. The office is right in the village, so people just drop by when they have a question or need some help with their paperwork. It gets dusty in the summer and the rains make the roads a bit of a mess, but we keep the doors open anyway. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the land and the people around here. Mostly, it’s about making sure the farmers get what they need without having to travel too far. We’ve been here a while now, just doing the daily work that comes with running a producer company in a rural taluka like this. Some days are busier than others, especially when the harvesting starts. We just take it day by day and try to keep things moving for everyone in the group. We aren't trying to change the world, just helping out.
