In Kopardi village, you will find us at House No 28, which is on Gat No 96. We are Kopardi Krushiratna Farmer Producercompany Limited. Our place is really close to the Mahadev Mandir in the gaothan area, right on the road that leads to Rakshwadi. Being near the temple makes it easy for everyone to find us. We are a collective of farmers from the Ahmednagar area who wanted to do something better for our community. Instead of just selling our stuff individually at whatever price we could get, we formed this company to work as a team. The office is just a part of the house where we keep all the files and have our meetings. It is a very local operation. You will often see us sitting outside talking about the rain or the price of fertilizer. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big plans for global expansion. We just want to make sure the farmers in Kopardi and Rakshwadi get a fair shake. The road outside can get pretty muddy during the monsoon, but we are always there. It’s a simple life and the work is hard, but doing it together makes it feel more worthwhile. We are just neighbors helping neighbors, trying to keep our farms running and our families fed. It is as basic and honest as it gets, and that is how we like it.
