Kisansarthi Hi-Tech Producer Company Limited is based at House Number 103 in Ranjani. We’re over in the Ghansawangi taluka, area code 431207. The company is run out of Chaburao Narayan More’s place. We are basically a collection of farmers who decided that working together was better than struggling alone. The "Hi-Tech" part is just because we try to use better seeds and some newer tools when we can afford them. Mostly, it’s just hard work in the sun. We aren't business experts with degrees. We are just people who know how to grow things in this soil. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to store some files and have meetings about our produce. We deal with the day-to-day problems like pests or finding trucks to move our goods. It’s a very local operation. We know all the people we work with. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of us trying to get through the year with a bit of profit. Sometimes we have long debates about what to plant next, and it gets a bit noisy at the house. But that’s how decisions get made here. We just want to keep our farms going and make sure the next generation has something to work with. It’s simple, really. We’re just farmers helping farmers in our little part of Ranjani, hoping for good weather.
