Khandesh Bamboo Farmers Producer Company Limited is what we call ourselves. We are located at Gat No. 62/3, Morfalparola. Our main thing is bamboo, which is a bit different from some of the other agro groups around here in the Khandesh region. We saw a chance to do something specific with bamboo and decided to form this producer company. Morfalparola is our home base. It is a quiet place where we can focus on the planting and the harvesting without too much distraction. We are just a group of farmers who thought it would be better to work under one name. The address at Gat No. 62/3 is where we keep our tools and have our meetings. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do and the people we know in the area. Farming bamboo takes a different kind of timing than grain or vegetables, so we are always learning something new about how to manage the groves. It is not always easy, and sometimes the market is a bit unpredictable, but we stick together. Khandesh is a good place for this, and we are proud to be from here. We do not try to be anything we are not. We are just bamboo farmers trying to build something that lasts for our families and the village. There is always a lot of work to do, but we just take it one day at a time.
