Kashtiroyals Farmers Producer Company Limited

We started Kashtiroyals Farmers Producer Company Limited right here in Kashti. It is a small place, mostly known for being near the school, Janata Vidyalaya. Most of us grew up around here in the Shrigonda area. We spend our days working the land in Ahmednagar district. It is hard work, but we know the soil well. This company is not some big fancy office thing. It is just us farmers trying to figure things out together. We handle the crops and try to find better ways to sell what we grow. The office is easy to find because it is so close to the school building. Usually, you will find one of us there after finishing up in the fields for the day. We talk about seeds, weather, and whatever else is going on in the village. It is a group effort. Sometimes things get messy with the paperwork, but we get through it eventually. We are not experts in business talk, just people who know how to plant and harvest things. Being in Kashti means we are close to our roots. We have lived here all our lives. If you walk past Janata Vidyalaya, you are basically at our doorstep. We mostly focus on what the local families need to get by. There is no big secret to what we do here. We just work hard and hope for a decent rain. Every day is different, but the work stays the same. We take care of our own. That is really all there is.
