Our office is right at House Number 01 in Kangoni. It is a small village in the Newasa area of Ahmednagar. Most people know where we are because it is a small place. Kangonikar Golden Future Farmer Producer Company Limited might sound like a long name, but we are just local folks working together. The name was just something we liked, but our daily life is very much about the present and the hard work on the ground. We do not have a big staff. It is usually just a few of us handling the paperwork and talking to the farmers who drop by during the day. Ahmednagar can be quite dry, so we talk about water and crops quite a lot. The house where we work is simple and fits in with the rest of the village houses. We do not use much technology besides our phones and an old computer that sometimes acts up. We are not interested in looking like a big city company. We would rather be known by our neighbors as people who are fair and work hard. The roads around Kangoni can be a bit rough after the monsoon, but we make it work somehow. It is a quiet life for the most part, punctuated by the busy seasons when everyone is harvesting. We just try to help out where we can and keep the business running. It is local, it is simple, and it is what we do every day without much fuss in the Ahmednagar district.
