Jivan Samruddhi Krushi Vikas Women'S Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are a small group of women farmers based out of House Number 87 in Kolewadirahuri Factory. Being in the Ahmednagar district, things can get pretty hot during the summer months. We started Jivan Samruddhi Krushi Vikas Women'S Farmer Producer Company Limited because we wanted to do something together instead of just working our own small plots separately. It’s not a big corporate office or anything fancy like that. Most of the time, we are out in the fields or meeting at the house to talk about seeds and what the weather is doing. The factory nearby is a big landmark for us, and everyone around here knows where house 87 is. We handle our own paperwork and try to figure out the best way to get our produce to the markets without losing too much money to the middleman. It’s hard work, and sometimes the crops don’t do what we want, but having this company helps us stay a bit more organized. We don't have a marketing team or anything, just us women trying to make a living from the land. Sometimes the meetings are long and we have to balance it with our chores at home, but we manage somehow. It’s about the daily grind and making sure the harvest is decent enough to pay the bills. We just keep going, day after day, working with what we’ve got in this part of Ahmednagar. It is tough but we are strong.
