We are located in Tirthpuri, which is a quiet place in Ghansawangi. Our office is at the house of Shri Surayakant Rajkumar Gaikwad. It isn’t a regular office building, just a room where we keep our files and meet up. We are Jijababa Rural Farmers Producer Company Limited. Most of us grew up around here so we know the land well. We spend a lot of time visiting the different fields to see how the cotton or the grain is doing. The roads to Tirthpuri can be a bit rough after the rains, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation from the city. We are just local people trying to make the farming business a bit easier for everyone in the village. Sometimes we sit on the porch and talk about the prices in the market. It’s a lot of paperwork, which none of us really likes, but it’s necessary to keep things running. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just come to the house if they need something. We drink a lot of tea and try to solve the problems that come up with the crops. It's honest work and it keeps us connected to the soil. If you come looking for us, just ask for Surayakant’s place. Everyone in Tirthpuri knows where it is. We stay busy with the seasons and the crops throughout the whole year and that is enough for us.
