Over in Bhandegaon, you will find J Chavan Agrotech Producer Company Limited. We are set up at Raosaheb Vithal Chavan’s place. It is in the Khultabad area, which is a nice part of Aurangabad. We are a small group of people who know a lot about the local soil. Most of us have spent our whole lives in these fields. We decided to start this company to make things a little smoother for the farmers around here. It is not easy to deal with all the rules and the markets when you are busy in the sun all day. So, we help out with that part of the job. It is a practical thing. We do not have a big corporate office with air conditioning. Usually, we are just sitting around a table with some tea, talking about the next crop. We try to keep things honest. If a crop is doing well, we figure out the best way to move it.
