Hindraj Agro Industries Producer Company is located in Chimbhala, which is a village in the Shrigonda Taluka. We are based at Gat.No.119. Ahmednagar is a large district, and being in a place like Shrigonda means we are surrounded by fields and hard-working people. Our setup is very rural and practical. It’s a producer company, so it’s all about the collective effort of the people involved. We don't have a glass office or air conditioning in every room. It’s a simple building out on the land where we meet and discuss what needs to happen with the agro industries. The 413701 area is quiet most of the time, except when there is a lot of movement during harvest or planting. We spend a lot of time outside or in the warehouse areas rather than just sitting at desks. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We don't have a marketing department to write nice things about us. We just let the work speak for itself. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or transport issues because of our location, but that is part of the life here. We focus on the Gat No 119 site and making sure everything there is being managed right. It’s an honest way to make a living and we are glad to be doing it here in Chimbhala.
