Harshwardhan Krushivikas Producer is based in a village called Loni. We are in the Partur Taluka of the Jalna district. If you are looking for us, we are at House No 12, care of Mohan Yadav. This is a real rural setup, exactly where a producer company should be. We are right in the middle of the farming community because we are farmers ourselves. We didn't want to set up an office in a big city far away from the land we work on. In Loni, things move at a different pace. Our office at House No 12 is often where we gather to talk about crop prices or what we’re going to plant next season. It’s very informal. Mohan Yadav’s place has become a bit of a meeting point for the local farmers involved with us. We try to help each other out with seeds and equipment. There aren't any fancy offices or air conditioning here. Just a table, some chairs, and a lot of talk about the weather and the soil. We started this because we felt that together we could get better deals than we could alone. It’s hard work, especially when the rains don't come on time. But we are used to that. We just want to make sure the folks in Partur get a fair shake. It’s about the community here in Jalna and nothing more.
